Unknown 9: Awakening Reflector Entertainment, 2018
Unknown 9 was an ambitious transmedia franchise spanning a video game, novels, and comics, all built around a secret society with a mythology that had to feel ancient, consistent, and alive across every platform.
I wrote social copy for the Institute for Higher Knowledge, an in-world organization whose Twitter feed was part of an alternate reality game running parallel to the franchise launch. The voice had to be believable as a real institution — cryptic but coherent, idealistic at first, then deliberately darker after a fictional internal power shift on October 5th.
