The NYC brand consultancy Everybody at Once brought me and illustrator Andrea Sparacio on to develop animated Instagram ads for the ninth season of Doctor Who. We pitched two concepts built around what Doctor Who fans love — adventure, absurdity, and fashion — and BBC America greenlit both.
After a weekend of painting and animating, we delivered two ads that together accumulated over 10,000 likes — writing and concepting for one of the most passionate fan communities in genre television.
